Critical Path is the path in the Project Network which
- has zero slack/float
- is longest duration path
- keeps changing with any change in your network - IS DYNAMIC
How do you see the critical path in MS Project
Format -> Gantt Chart Wizard
In Gantt chart, the critical activities are displayed as "Red" bars and non critical activities are displayed as "Blue" bars. The key is to keep an eye on the "red bars" all the time !
